FAQ FOR RENTAL CAR IN BALI

What is the rental rates includes ?

The Rental Rates includes Insurance and Theft.

Condition of car ?

We provide all our car with Extensive 25 Key Points for Quality Control. Before every rental we make sure: engine, steering balancing, brake, lights, lane signals, tire and many more key safety points. *Every 2000 km our cars are serviced. It includes changing the oil, checking the brakes, injector, tire condition.

What is the insurance cover ?

The insurance cover only car, will NOT cover the renter or third party / other vehicle or pedestrian or any things that problem by the renter will be renter responsibility.

How if the car accident or damage?

The renter have to responsibility with the car up to maximum US$ 350.

Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle to our hotel / villa ?

Yes, we provide free of charge delivery and pick up services at your address from our office (within Ubud - near areas) during working hours. We also deliver to: Airport, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Benoa, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Uluwatu, Sanur and all of Bukit. We delivery for a paid: East, north, west of the island - 500,000 IDR = $35

Can I pay with credit card ?

We accept payment cash in IDR and Master Card/VISA (Card method payment plus tax 3%) or by Bank Transfer.

What are the main penalties for violations of the traffic in Bali ?

Crossing the stop-line on the red traffic light. The amount of penalty is from 500 000 to 1 000 000 IDR; Driving a car without an international driving license (category A). The amount of penalty is from 1 000 000 to 500 000 IDR.

What is required to make the contract ?

We need copy passport and drive license for documentation, if you don't have a copy you can bring the original, we also accept image/photo of passport. Hotel/ accommodation name and anddres ( place where you are stay in Ubud/ Bali ).

What if we stay far from Ubud and want to pay from monthly / long term rental ?

We accept Bank transfer or we will organize to send our team to come to your place / villa to collect the payment for free in Ubud, Kuta, Canggu, Jimbaran other areas on our operational hours.

What is include on monthly / long term rental ?

The long term rental including monthly free service check up for maintenance such us: oil, tires, brakes and other parts. Either you come to our In-House mecanic for maintenace or we will send team road assistance to come to your place to borrow the car for maintenance.
